How I Work
I work within the integral principles and incorporate a broad perspective of potent wisdom to meet my clients needs on each level. In session, I provide a skilled presence and emotional attitude that
knows and lives by the integral principles. This mind set and therapeutic approach appreciates the multidimensional aspects of each client, allowing the freedom and aliveness of their thoughts, feelings and
impulses to move freely into full consciousness. I encourage my clients to source and maintain regular practices, both inner and outer, to enact movement, growth, connection and balance, within and between,
their body, mind, soul and spirit. This might include establishing adherence to a healthier diet, practicing yoga and daily mindfulness meditation, starting a regular exercise program such as NIA, weight
training, or cycling, and cultivating deeper cultural and social connections.
I consider the symptoms and presenting problems of each client of primary importance, as well as the relationship we develop, based on a common ground of understanding, trust and respect. I also place
importance on creating a sacred environment, providing my clients with an atmosphere of safety, beauty, freedom and self-discovery.
